All Visa Applicants have to personally come to VFS - for finger printing purpose as they are now issuing a Biometric Visa
Tourist
  • Passport - Should be valid for at least 6 months from intended return date (Please give current and all previous passports also)
  • Financial Documents - Last two years - original Income Tax Returns, 3 - 6 months bank statement, Balance Sheet, Salary Certificate etc. (ORIGINALS)
  • Two photographs -
    1. Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background;
    2. Clear and of good quality;
    3. Printed on normal photographic paper;
    4. Unmounted - 45 mm x 35 mm in size;
    5. Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).
  • Covering letter requesting for Visa.
  • The above list of documents is a suggestive list. On a case to case basis additional documents might be required.
Business

Process We strongly recommend that you visit an Application Centre by prior appointment, saving you unnecessary waiting time.

To schedule an appointment you need to email us between 8.00am and 3.00pm, Monday - Friday with the following details

Name and Surname of the applicant
Passport number
Visa category
Visa Application Centre that you would like to visit
Preferred date and time (Please provide 3 options)

We will send you an email by the end of the day confirming your appointment. You need to print this out and carry it with you to the Visa Application Centre. You should reach the Application Centre 5 minutes before the appointment time.

Please bring the complete application pack (completely filled application form, passport, demand draft for the visa fee payable and the suggested documentation) with you, to reduce waiting time.
