| UAE Visa cannot
be applied directly in India. This application has to be done in UAE by
the company / person inviting you or by the hotel where you are staying.
You would have to forward your passport copy etc to them for the visa
process. |
| Recently DVPC - a
special service has been started by Emirates and other airline. People
travelling on Emirates can apply for visas through this. This service has
also been extended to passengers travelling on other carriers, however the
time required for the visa is longer and the processing centre for this
visa is also different. |
| Requirements
|
- Passport - Should be valid for at
least 6 months from intended return date (Please give current and
previous passports also)
- Financial Documents - Last two
years - original or clear xeroxes of Income Tax Returns, 3 - 6
months bank statement, Salary Certificate etc.
- Return Confirmed Tickets
- Three Passport Size Recent
Coloured Photographs with white background.
- Covering letter requesting for
Visa.
- Additional Documents might be
required

- There are two different visa. One
is with a stay validity of 4 days and the other is with a stay
validity of 30 days.

| For All
passengers who are not applying through Emirates, it is important to get
an "okay to board" message put in the PNR. This can be done by your
sponsorer sending accross the Visa copy to the emirates office in Dubai
along with your PNR and flight detail. The airline would then put the
"okay to board" message.
Airline can deny boarding if the message
has not been put.
For Passengers having visa from
counterpart in Dubai / UAE can also send the visa copy by mail to
otd@emirates.com along with PNR and
flight detail. Visa copy can also be faxed to 009714-2044040 or you could
speak to an Officer at Emirates Dubai on 009714-2144444 or Emirates Mumbai
