• Visa Application form duly completed
• Passport - Should be valid for at least 6 months from intended return date (Please give current and all previous passports)
• XEROX of Financial Documents - Last one years, 3 Months bank statement.
• Return Confirmed Tickets
• Three Passport Size Recent Coloured Photographs with white background. Photograph should be matt finish. It should be a close of the face (i.e. 75% of the photographs should be of the face)
• Covering letter requesting for Visa.
• For Students - A copy of the School Identity Card / School Diary should be attached.
• Credit Card Copy
• The above list of documents is a suggestive list. On a case to case basis additional documents might be required.
• For Passengers staying in Mumbai but having a alternate address on Passport - we require Mumbai address proof.
