Visa Application form duly completed along with declaration
Passport - Should be valid for at least 6 months from intended return date (Please give current and all previous passports)
Financial Documents - Last three years - original Income Tax Returns, One Year bank statement, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Salary Certificate etc.
Return Confirmed Tickets
Three Passport Size Recent Coloured Photographs with white background. Photograph should be matt finish. It should be a close of the face (i.e. 75% of the photographs should be of the face)
Hotel Confirmation - Paid hotel confirmation / fax from hotel.
Tour Itinerary.
Leave Letter from Employer also mentioning employment details.
Covering letter requesting for Visa.
For Students - A copy of the School Identity Card / School Diary should be attached.
Credit Card Copy with Credit Limit Statement (Latest)
Travel Insurance
Foreign Exchange - USD 1000 Stamped / Invoice

Process

Three Working Days required for visa processing if all documents are accepted.
For First Time Italy Applicants - we will first submit visa applicant. Then the applicants will be called for an interview - Which would be as per the availability slots.
