: Arrive Kochi airport / railway station. Transfer to the
hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel. |
| Day 2 : Kochi
: Tour of Kochi including Jewish synagogue, The Chinese
Fishing nets , St Francis church and Mattanchery Dutch Palace.

| Day 3 : Kochi
- Thekkady (186 kms.) : Morning drive to Thekkady . This
area is a mixture of jungle , forest and grassland and home to
wildlife such as elephant , bison, deer and a variety of bird

Kodaikanal : Visit the Shenbagur museum , this houses one
of the best orchid collections in India also visit Coakers walk on
the steep southern face of the Kodai ridge with its telescope house.
Continue to the picturesque Kodai lake where boating is a favourite

Tiruchirapalli situated on the banks of river Cauvery is famous for
the Ranganatha temple at Srirangam .Evening explore the city

Pondicherry : Visit the Aurobindo Ashram and 'Auroville '
the planned city of the new world. Rest of the day is free to

Pondicherry - Mahabalipuram (132 kms.) : Morning drive to
Mahabalipuram, a major beach resort also famous for its magnificent
monuments hewn out of rock. Later this afternoon visit the
magnificent shore temples of Mahabalipuram built in the seventh

Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram : Morning visit
Kanchipuram and the Kailashnatha temple . Afternoon is leisure to
shop for the famous Kanchipuram silk sarees and fabrics. |
| Day 14 :
Mahabalipuram - Chennai (60 kms.) : Transfer in time to
Chennai airport for your onward flight. |
