not more than 6 months old. Should be in colour. Taken against a
light background (white). Clear share quality with the face in
focus. Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print). 50mm x
50mm with 50% face covering the photo. Full face, non smiling
(without sun glasses, hat etc).
- Overseas Travel
Insurance policy with a minimum coverage of Euros 30,000
- Confirmed return
air tickets.
- Hotel
confirmation voucher directly from the hotel in Belgium
- Forex or copy of
international credit card - front and bank, with latest statement
showing credit limit.
- Covering letter
with explanation of reason of travel, name and designation and
contact details of the signatory. It should also state the
designation of the pax, the entry date, the exit date, the number
of entries required etc.
- Proof of income
- 3 years income tax challans, salary certificates, TDS
certificates etc.
- Bank statement
for the last 6 months.
- Original Salary
slips for the last 3 months.

Consulate will
issue the visa only on a page which is both the sides blank. Further
the page opposite that should be also be blank. For example if the
visa is to be stamped on a page - the backside and the other side
